How do I upload a webpage into EQMS?

Follow
  1. Select EQMS Document Manager from the Module Selector dropdown.



  2. From here click on Documents on the Menu Bar.



  3. Click Manage Documents in the side bar.



  4. You will be presented with a similar screen to this:



  5. Click on New Document, located above the Search Text search box.



  6. The Document Details page will now open.



  7. Fill in the details for the webpage by using the drop down menus, and filling in the text boxes.






  8. Click on the Save icon.



  9. The following message will be displayed. Select OK to continue with the process or Cancel to abandon the action.

  11. The Document Upload window will now open.



  12. Click on the Supply URL check box in the grey filter bar.



  13. Enter the web address (URL) of the webpage you want to upload into the New URL text box.



  14. Click on the Click to Upload icon.



  15. The following message will be displayed. Select OK to link the webpage to the structure or Cancel to end the process; it is possible to link the webpage to the structure at a later time.



  16. You will then see the EQMS Structure page.



  17. Click on the arrow head to the left of a Structure Component to expand it.



  18. Right click on the section of the structure that you want to link the webpage to and the right click menu will open.



  19. Click on Link To This Component.



  20. The following message will be displayed. Select OK to apply the access restrictions based on the document’s authorised user and/or groups or Cancel to retain the current structure restrictions.



  21. The webpage has now been uploaded into EQMS.
