Introduction to System Manager

Audience: System Administrators

Objective: Create and maintain Users and Groups to control Module access, viewing permissions and Notifications. Create Organisational Areas for association with documents. Maintain records of the types of file that can be loaded and displayed in EQMS. Create and maintain System Broadcasts. Produce reports for system administration purposes.

Introduction

System Administrators have full access rights within all EQMS modules. Qualsys recommends that a nominated User(s) is given Group Membership of System Administration along with Super User. Super User’s password should be changed and locked away in a sealed envelope in case of emergency.
