If there are a lot of Issues saved within the system, it is often difficult to find the one you’re looking for. To help you out, EQMS Issues Manager has a built in search function to filter out the unwanted Issues.
- Click on Issues in the side bar.
- You will then be presented with a list of all the issues available to you.
Above this list, you will see a wide choice of filtering tools, these are:
i. Issue ID and Issue Type
To fill in the Issue ID, type the ID into the text box. To complete the Issue Type, use the drop down menu.
ii. Keywords and Organisational Area
For the keywords field, type the keywords into the text box. To complete the Organisational Area field, use the dropdown menu.
iii. Company/Department and Lifecycle
When filling in the Company/Department text box, EQMS will automatically search the available Companies/Departments and produce live search results below the text box. If the Company/Department that you were searching for appears in this list, click on it and it will be filled into the text box for you. To complete the Lifecycle field, use the dropdown menu.
iv. Contact and Handling
As with the Company/Department field, EQMS will produce live search results so if the Contact you were searching for appears in this list, click on it and it will be filled into the text box for you. To complete the Handling field, either use the drop down menu or click on the User icon and choose their name from this menu.
v. Status and Root Cause
These fields are completed using the dropdown menus.
To apply any of these filter, check the check boxes.
- To apply these filters, click on the Search icon.
- To reset the filters, click on the Cancel icon.
- To open the Issue you've been looking for, click on it.
