What are 'My Audit Items'?


 My Audit Items allows you to access the audits that you either own or are a member of the Audit Team for; any scheduled Audits that you own or are a member of the Audit Team for; any Checklists that you own; and any Findings that you own.

To view just the Audits where you are a Team member:

1. Navigate to the 'Audits' section on your top navigation bar (See How Do I Navigate the EQMS Audit & Inspection Manager Screens?). You will see a dropdown list on the left of your screen.

2. Click on 'My Audit Items' and you will see a dropdown list appear comprising of three key sections.

These are:

My Audits – Auditors can search for Audits that they own, or if are a member of the Audit Team according to various criteria including Audit title string, Audit Type, Parent Group membership and Organisation Area.

My Scheduled Audits – Auditors can manage Audits they own or view Audits that are overdue or scheduled (if they are a member of the Audit Team). Users can also export their audits to Microsoft Word or Excel.

My Findings – Auditors can view and amend Findings that they own and can raise and manage associated action plans in compliance with specific industry standards.
