Once in EQMS Issue Manager (for help see How Do I Access EQMS Issue Manager?), as an Issue User there are two main sections. These are:
- New Issue
In this section, you are able to create a New Issue in relation to certain, pre-defined Issue Types (for help see How Do I Raise A New Issue?).
In this section, there is a full list of all the Issues available to you.
You can search these Issues using the filter section at the top of the page (for help see Search: How Do I Find the Issue I’m looking For?).
To open an issue, click on it.
