How do I upload a batch of documents into EQMS?

  1. Select EQMS Document Manager from the Module Selector dropdown.

  2. From here click on Documents on the Menu Bar.

  3. Click Batch Upload in the side bar.

  4. You will be presented with a similar screen to this.

  5. Select New Batch Upload, located above the Status column heading.

  6. The New Batch Upload screen will now open.

  7. Firstly, select the relevant document type from the Document Type dropdown.

  8. Give a brief description of the documents you want to upload by filling in the Description text box.

  9. Click on the Add File icon.

  10. Select the files you want to upload and click on the Open button.

  11. You will then be presented with this loading screen.

  12. Once it has all finished loading, click on the Upload button.

  13. On this next screen you will be notified of the number of files failing validation (along with any validation errors). To proceed click on the Next button.

  14. To proceed from this next screen, click on the Next button.  (The programme will now scan for HTML documents.)

  15. The next screen will give you a brief overview of what has been uploaded. To complete the process, click on the Next button.

  16. The Batch Upload has now been completed.
