Escalation paths

Audience: Module administrators, Managers with workflow permissions

Escalation paths are a way of implementing jeopardy alerting into the system. If an action is not completed within the target duration, the system can trigger an escalation path to ensure that the task is completed and any possible bottleneck or obstacle in the process is cleared.

 

Escalation paths list

To view the escalation paths list:

1. Navigate to Home > Workflows > Escalation Paths. You should be presented with a screen similar to the one shown here:

Select any escalation path from the list to view the path details

Standard list screen filters and Export available.
